"Had a real problem with a small bottle that fell in the toilet while flushing and got stuck in the trap-way plugging up our toilet. I called and there was a cancellation from another customer so got an appointment for later in the day. Mitch Cope was very friendly and professional and called before arriving at the scheduled time. "Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, punctual service. Mitch took the time to explain the complexities of our ‘shot’ 75 yo farmhouse plumbing system, worked patiently with it and left us with a toilet that flushes, a sink that drains, water pressure and a cleaned out vent that works. A tenacious, methodical plumber who ‘does the work’, and doesn’t leave until he solves the problem. VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend Mitch."
