"July 2025. I could not be happier with the service I received. I called A1 Rooter's 24 hour line to get an appointment for a leak in my rual Astoria, Or driveway. I got an appointment the same morning. Mitch called and arrived early as agreed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through his process as he was doing it. After locating the general area of the leak, he gave me the option of using a company to dig up the pipe or doing myself, my choice. He said to give them a call when it has been done so they can come back out and fix it. He asked if we'd be fine without water for a few days and gave me advice for turning it on and off if needed. I dug up the pipe myself. After I dug up the pipe (3 or 4 hours later), I was unable to get the water to turn off at the main it seemed to have ceased. I called Mitch to see if he'd be willing to come back out to turn it off. I had to leave a message. My call was returned almost immediately. He said he would be back out to help with it. He showed up within 20 mins or so. In the mean time, I was able to get the water turned off. When he arrived he went right to work and fix the pipe! My flooded driveway was no more all in a few hours! I figured we would have a huge bill for the fix and multiple trips out but this was not the case. The price was very fair and I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Mitch!"

"Amazing service. We just purchased a home and went to change our faucets and the CPVC at the valve snapped. Mitch was already out on a job but let me know he could get there later that night. He showed up way earlier than originally estimated (but he communicated that he could come by earlier if the first job finished up quicker than expected) and was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining our situation. We will be using A1 as our go to plumber and will certainly be recommending them to everyone!"

"Mitch came out to scope my sewer lines the same day I called after another contractor canceled twice. He’s very courteous and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend A1 Rooter to anyone. Business card magnet is going on my fridge for sure."

"A1 Rooter is a fantastic plumbing company. They have always done excellent work and are fair on their prices. They came in and fixed all of the problems we had made for ourselves with our DIY bathroom rebuild. They did it on time and under budget. They were great at communicating. If you’re looking for great service, you will be happy with A1."
