Mitch from A1 helped me during a major storm and flooding and didn’t leave till the issue was fixed. You guys Rock!"

"Left a message to A1 Rooter late at night with an emergency drainage problem. Mitch called us back first thing in the morning and fit us in to his already busy schedule. He had the drainage system up and running within two hours. Mitch is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what the problem is and what the options are.

"July 2025. I could not be happier with the service I received. I called A1 Rooter's 24 hour line to get an appointment for a leak in my rual Astoria, Or driveway. I got an appointment the same morning. Mitch called and arrived early as agreed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through his process as he was doing it. After locating the general area of the leak, he gave me the option of using a company to dig up the pipe or doing myself, my choice. He said to give them a call when it has been done so they can come back out and fix it. He asked if we'd be fine without water for a few days and gave me advice for turning it on and off if needed. I dug up the pipe myself. After I dug up the pipe (3 or 4 hours later), I was unable to get the water to turn off at the main it seemed to have ceased. I called Mitch to see if he'd be willing to come back out to turn it off. I had to leave a message. My call was returned almost immediately. He said he would be back out to help with it. He showed up within 20 mins or so. In the mean time, I was able to get the water turned off. When he arrived he went right to work and fix the pipe! My flooded driveway was no more all in a few hours! I figured we would have a huge bill for the fix and multiple trips out but this was not the case. The price was very fair and I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Mitch!"
